looking for a new car seat for your little one? book in to chat with our experienced car seat specialists, browse our full range of seats and even try seats in your car.

once your perfect seat has been chosen we will then install the seat into the car* 

the £20 booking fee is redeemable from the car seat purchased. this will be deducted from your chosen seat on the date of the appointment only.

*if the chosen seat is available on the day - where we try to keep stock of at least one colour of each seat we are reliant on our supplier stock and certain colours or seats may be out of stock and need to be ordered. we would then book a separate appointment at a later date for installation once the seat arrives with us in store

booking policy:

we strive to provide excellent service and ensure availability for all our clients. to help us manage our schedules effectively, we have implemented the following policy:

1. booking confirmation
   all appointments are confirmed upon booking. we recommend arriving on time to make the most of your appointment and ensure we can fit everything in to one appointment time.

2. cancellation notice

   • we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
   • cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be considered late cancellations. (see below)

3. late cancellations and no-shows

   • for late cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the booking fee will be retained as a cancellation charge.
   • this policy ensures fairness to our team and other clients who may wish to book an appointment.

4. how to cancel or reschedule

   • to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us on 07432223482 or via email, text or Facebook as soon as possible.
