we offer free initial installation with every car seat purchased from House Of Bebe. 

please note: this appointment is not for refitting or reinstallation of seats purchased from us, that service is chargeable. please book the 'reinstallation' appointment instead

booking policy:

we strive to provide excellent service and ensure availability for all our clients. to help us manage our schedules effectively, we have implemented the following policy:

1. booking confirmation
   all appointments are confirmed upon booking. we recommend arriving on time to make the most of your appointment and ensure we can fit everything in to one appointment time.

2. cancellation notice

   • we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
   • cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be considered late cancellations. (see below)

3. late cancellations and no-shows

   • for late cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the booking fee will be retained as a cancellation charge.
   • this policy ensures fairness to our team and other clients who may wish to book an appointment.
